The story behind Growth Club Live

A few months ago, I was preparing two big things at once:

• a new offer framework for Growth Club members
• and a talk for a public event on the same subject

As I worked through the slides, I had a moment of horror.

👉 I didn’t have a downsell offer for Growth Club.

I could talk about Core Offers, Pricing, and Upsells all day long… but when it came to what you do when someone says “no,” I had nothing to show. I wasn’t following my own advice!

That didn’t sit right. Not as a consultant, and definitely not as a teacher.

So I went down the rabbit hole. I spent weeks pulling ideas from pricing psychology, SaaS models, coaching programmes, even retail tactics, until I built a framework that made sense for service founders like us.

And that’s when it clicked.

If I could turn this gap in my own offers into a framework, why not do the same for every part of the ladder?
