Net Bloom exists to help service founders escape feast-and-famine sales without burning themselves out. Most of the people I work with are excellent at delivery. They care about their clients. They do things properly.
What they struggle with is consistency.
I’m Gordon Tebbutt. I help founder-led service businesses turn unpredictable sales into calm, repeatable growth.
Why I Do This
My view of work and growth didn’t come only from business.
My wife is tetraplegic. My son lives with cerebral palsy and NF1. That has a way of cutting through nonsense. It forces honesty about time, energy, and what really matters. It also makes you allergic to empty promises and performative success.
Net Bloom was built from that place.
The 9 Levers of Growth
Everything I do is grounded in one simple system: the 9 Levers of Growth.
Positioning
Offers
Customer experience
Marketing
Data
Lead generation
Client relationships
Sales pipeline
Continuous improvement
Most businesses don’t need more tactics. They need to focus on the right levers, in the right order.
That’s where clarity comes from.
The Types of Businesses I Work With
I work with founder-led service businesses who are strong at delivery but want more consistency in sales and growth.
That often includes:
🧱 Property and estates businesses
Long sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and a need for clarity rather than flashy marketing.
For example, Lansbury Business Estate, where the focus is on credibility, clear information, and steady tenant enquiries rather than volume leads.
☎ B2B technical and specialist providers
Businesses where trust matters more than hype and where growth depends on positioning and systems working together.
A good example is Renegade Networks, a business telecoms provider balancing local visibility, clear offers, and a reliable sales pipeline.
🎨 Creative and professional services
Designers, agencies, consultants, VAs, publishers, and specialists who are great at their craft but don’t want growth to feel chaotic or sales-led in the wrong way.
What these businesses have in common is simple.
They want growth that feels intentional, credible, and sustainable, not noisy or forced.
That’s where Net Bloom fits. Hope to speak to you soon.
